Colorado wine deserves the spotlight!

Shelley Bailey is excited to introduce her Colorado Cellar Series, a sommelier-led Colorado winery spotlight designed to elevate Colorado wine one experience at a time.

Each event features a deep dive into a Colorado producer through guided tasting, regional insight, and the stories behind the wines and the families making them.

Featured Colorado Cellar Series Events

Colorado Flight School is an immersive Colorado wine class hosted at Uva Wine Bar in Colorado Springs. Each session explores four wines from one featured producer, paired with light charcuterie and guided discussion of the terroir, varietals, and winemaking philosophies shaping Colorado’s wine story.

The Monthly Pour is a monthly Colorado wine tasting experience at Latigo Winery in Colorado Springs. Each evening showcases four wines from a featured Colorado producer plus a host pour from Latigo, creating a relaxed yet insightful exploration of Colorado’s emerging wine scene.
